When you join, AEVUM holds your name, email address, age, location, and your intake answers — the material from which your personal protocol is built.
As your membership unfolds, your Record grows to include:
That is the entirety of it. AEVUM does not track your browsing, does not build advertising profiles, and carries no social features, no community feeds, and no third-party advertising of any kind.
Your information serves one purpose only: to deliver and refine your personal AEVUM experience. Your intake shapes your founding protocol. Your check-ins and replies shape each morning’s note. Your signals, over time, shape your monthly read.
Your information is never sold. Never shared with advertisers. Never shown to anyone but you.
A skin photograph is submitted, read, and translated into a written analysis. The written read is what remains in your Record — the photograph itself is not retained in AEVUM’s permanent records. Processing traces are automatically purged on a rolling basis within thirty days.
All payments are processed by Stripe, the same institution trusted by the world’s most discreet houses. Your card details are held by Stripe alone — AEVUM never sees them, never stores them. You may manage or end your membership at any moment through your private membership portal.
Your information travels encrypted and rests in access-controlled, enterprise-grade infrastructure. The select partners who provide secure delivery, storage, and intelligence processing beneath AEVUM are each bound to a single permission: to serve your experience — and nothing else. None may use your information for their own purposes. None receive more than their function requires.
To see everything — The Record, your private archive, holds all of it: every note, every read, every check-in, from day one. It is yours, always.
To take everything — Request a complete copy of your information at any time, delivered in a readable form.
To erase everything — One email to hello@aevumhealth.co and every trace of you is removed within seven days. No retention, no argument, no dark patterns.
To correct anything — If any detail in your Record is wrong, tell us and it is fixed promptly.
These rights belong to every member, everywhere. For members in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area they are honoured in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. For all others, AEVUM extends them as a matter of principle.
Your Record is kept for as long as your membership lives — and remains accessible to you if you pause or end it, so that returning always means resuming, never restarting. Should you request erasure, it is complete within seven days.
AEVUM is designed for women aged 35 to 60 and does not knowingly hold information belonging to anyone under 18.
By beginning a trial or membership, you accept the terms below.
AEVUM provides personalised wellness and longevity guidance. It is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe. The AEVUM Trajectory Read is a wellness estimate drawn from your own signals and AEVUM’s proprietary methodology — it is not a laboratory result or clinical measurement, and it is honest in both directions.
Always consult a licensed physician before changing supplements, medication, nutrition, or health routines. If anything in your check-ins warrants professional attention, Layla will say so directly.
Founding rates are permanent. The rate at which you join is the rate you keep, for as long as your membership remains active. Should you leave and later return, the prevailing rate applies.
Cancellation takes effect at the close of the current billing period. Partial periods are not refunded.
You may end your membership at any moment through your membership portal — the link travels in the footer of every note. Your daily correspondence closes at the end of the billing period. Your Record remains open to you. Erasure, if you wish it, is a separate request and is always honoured.
When a woman you send becomes a member, your next month is complimentary — applied as a credit to your following billing cycle. She simply writes your name in her intake under “Who sent you?” There is no limit. AEVUM may refine or retire the referral programme at its discretion.
Your protocol may name specific products Layla considers right for you. Occasionally a link carries a partner identifier from which AEVUM may receive a small commission — at no change to your price. What is recommended is decided by your protocol alone, never by any commercial arrangement.
The AEVUM methodology, The Drift framework, the Trajectory Read, The Record, and every word of Layla’s correspondence are the intellectual property of AEVUM. Your protocol is written for you and for you alone — it may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold.
AEVUM provides wellness guidance on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEVUM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the three months preceding a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with any dispute resolved in the courts of Dubai.
