The correspondence

What Layla actually writes

Most of this category asks you to take its word for it. We would rather you read a month of it before you decide anything.

Most mornings · one small shift

A note that asks one thing

Not a plan. Not a list. One change, attached to something you already do, with the reason underneath it. Roughly four mornings in seven look like this.

Sara — one shift tonight.

Your sleep has been the quiet advantage in this protocol, and it is the thing most women in this phase lose first. Tonight, take your magnesium twenty minutes earlier than usual — before you sit down to eat, rather than after. The gap between dosing and lying down matters more than it looks, and yours is worth tightening.

More tomorrow.

— Layla

Some mornings · nothing to do

A note that asks for nothing

A protocol that changes every day is a protocol nobody is watching. When there is nothing worth moving, she says so — and that restraint is deliberate.

Sara — nothing to change today.

You have held this through a stretch where most people quietly stop. That kind of follow-through does not feel like anything from the inside, which is exactly why I am naming it.

Just keep going.

— Layla

Occasionally · a question

A note that asks you something

You can reply to any note. She reads it, and it changes what arrives tomorrow.

Sara — one question today.

Your afternoons have been on my radar for a few weeks. Has the energy there actually lifted, or is it still the part of the day that costs you?

That is the whole note.

— Layla

Once a month · the read

And the one that tells you the truth

Once a month your Trajectory Read is revealed — the one number AEVUM tracks, and the only place it ever appears. It moves in both directions, and you are told which.

Your month, Sara.

46.2 → 45.4

Second read. The number came down eight-tenths of a year, and I want to be careful about how I frame that. One month is a direction, not a verdict. What I can tell you is that it moved, and that it moved on the back of the evening work rather than anything dramatic.

Where it goes next depends on whether the sleep holds through the travel you have in October. I will tell you plainly either way. This number goes up in some months, and when it does you will hear that from me in the same words — a read that only ever brings good news is not a read.

— Layla

What matters here is the second paragraph. Most of this category reports progress and quietly omits the rest. AEVUM reports the month it had — which is the only thing that makes the good months worth believing.

She remembers what you said six weeks ago. She does not ask you the same question twice. And when there is nothing to say, she says nothing.

Seven days, then decide.

One payment. Seven notes, a founding protocol, your first read, and one skin read to keep. No automatic billing and no conversion without your say.

The notes above are representative examples, written in the same voice and by the same method a member receives. Names and personal details are not those of any member. The monthly read shown reflects a real pattern: the number is reported in whichever direction it moves.
